1. Acceptance

By using SEO Mind Map you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

SEO Mind Map crawls websites you own or have authorisation to crawl, overlays Google Analytics 4 data, and generates AI-powered SEO recommendations. It is a tool to assist human decision-making — recommendations should be reviewed before implementation.

3. Acceptable use

You may only crawl domains you own or have explicit permission to crawl. You must not use the service to scrape competitors, generate spam content, or violate any third party's terms of service. AI-generated recommendations are provided as suggestions only.

4. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for the API keys you store in your workspace settings and for any charges incurred with Anthropic or OpenAI.

5. Intellectual property

The SEO Mind Map software and branding are our property. The recommendations generated for your pages remain yours to use as you see fit.

6. Limitation of liability

SEO Mind Map is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including any changes to your search rankings.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
