1. What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture. When you connect a Google Analytics 4 property, we store OAuth tokens to fetch aggregated traffic data (sessions, bounce rate, engagement time) on your behalf. We do not collect individual visitor data from your website.
When you run a site crawl, we store the URLs, page titles, meta descriptions, H1 headings, and Schema.org structured data from publicly accessible pages on your domain.
2. How we use your data
- To authenticate you and provide access to your workspaces.
- To crawl your website and generate an SEO mind map.
- To fetch GA4 traffic metrics and overlay them on your mind map.
- To generate AI-powered SEO recommendations using the Anthropic and/or OpenAI APIs. Crawled page data (title, meta, H1) is sent to these APIs. No personal visitor data is included.
3. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google OAuth — for authentication and GA4 data access.
- Anthropic API — for Claude AI recommendations.
- OpenAI API — for GPT-4o recommendations.
- Neon (PostgreSQL) — for storing workspace and analysis data.
4. Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your workspace and all associated data at any time. On account deletion, all crawl data, recommendations, and GA4 tokens are permanently removed.
5. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, encrypted database connections, and hashed/masked API key storage. OAuth tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or ask for deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below.
